The Lyford Drive Condominiums are located west of downtown Tiburon and overlook Belvedere Island and Mount Tamalpais. This upscale development was built on one of the largest landslide repairs in Marin County. John Campbell was the project manager in charge of the geotechnical engineering aspects of the landslide repair and the construction observation of the condominium project two years before John Campbell + Associates was started.

The landslide on this site occurred during the 1982 El Nino storms and involved half a million cubic yards of engineered fill.
